TTC Club Leaders and Members: Reserve a Table at the Welcome Students Event Now!

Student Services is sponsoring another “Welcome Students” event on each campus that may be beneficial to your club.  This event is for all new and returning students and will be held on Wednesday, September 7  on all campuses.

This is a great recruiting opportunity for your club!  We will provide a table and chairs for you, and you can put out any materials you want.  No fund raising may be held, but you're welcome to provide giveaways and/or information---pictures, scrapbooks, awards, posters---anything to advertise your club.  And, of course, a sign-up sheet.  This is great preparation for your first Student Activity Period meeting on the 13^th.

Wednesday, September 7

Main Campus

            11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Bldg. 410 Student Lounge (will include a free cookout by PTK)

            5 – 6 p.m., Bldg. 100, vending area (refreshments will be available)

Palmer Campus

            11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Main Lobby (refreshments will be available)

Berkeley Campus

            11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Breezeway, (refreshments will be available)

Mt. Pleasant Campus

            8 a.m. – 1 p.m., (refreshments will be available)

At Main Campus, Phi Theta Kappa will be providing a FREE cookout and several local vendors plan on joining us offering "free stuff."  Vendors will include local banks, apartment complexes, Chick-fil-A, AT&T, and more!   This is usually a well-attended event on all campuses so don't miss this opportunity!  To participate, either respond to this email or call me at 574-6100.
